Midweek Inspiration March 24, 2020

I walked today in early morn, before the crowds were out.

A wind blew gently, ’round and ’round and turned me all about.

Passing by a house I know, feeling chilly wind to blow,

I paused to listen to the song the Spirit chose to sing and shout.

Giant chimes have hung for years, they caught my ears and eyes you see,

For wind – the Spirit – blowing there, made music fair and sweet.

Then it came, a message through: God’s not done with loving you;

Even though we cannot see – the Spirit’s life is blowing free!

To you —

To me.
